Who We Are:
We are one of 25 projects funded by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) six-year Resilience Innovation Programme.
This funding means we get to work with the local community to reduce flood risk from the Pix Brook and improve water quality.
The project is a partnership led by Central Bedfordshire Council. Further details of the partners involved in the project can be found at Our Partners – ResillienTogether (springdevelopment.co.uk).
Central Bedfordshire Council will be the data controller for all information gathered through this website.
What data do we collect?
The data we collect through this website it limited to:
Your name
Email address
Telephone number
Any information you share with us as part of your query.
You may also upload photographs of the Pix Brook to the website, however we will not accept any images which contain people who can be identified.
Why we process this data
We will use this information to answer any queries or comments you have about the ResilienTogether project and/or to sign you up to our project newsletter.
Who do we share your information with?
If you raise a query or leave a comment on this website information may be shared with any of the project partners depending on who is best qualified to respond.
The newsletter distribution list will be held securely by Central Bedfordshire Council.
Information will not be shared with any other organisations or individuals unless we are legally obliged to do so.
How the law allows us to use your personal information
We will hold your information on the basis that you have given your consent for us to do so. If you would like to withdraw your consent and ask for your information to be deleted you may do at any time by contacting us on ResilienTogetherProject.org.uk
How long will information be kept?
The project is due to run until March 2027 after which your data will be deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
