Community resilience is the ability of a community to be able to absorb and recover from a shock or harm.

This helps communities respond to and recover from local issues, like flooding. Community Resilience is much more successful when a local community shares its knowledge and resources.

Working together to build, develop and share skills we will create strong community resilience in and around the Pix Brook. Our partnership working will ensure community resilience builds and thrives. We will collaborate on ideas through activities, events and share stories.

Every age group will have the opportunity to learn something new and get involved. Education facilities across the catchment area are available for everyone to visit. Standalone Farm will become a central hub where everyone can learn more about the Pix Brook and get involved in activities.
